The Z40 525 pitch sprocket is designed for riders who want to fine-tune their final drive ratio with a longer, performance-oriented setup—ideal for maximizing engine top-end power and improving high-speed stability.

With 40 teeth, it provides a more extended ratio compared to standard configurations, making it perfect for fast road use or track riding, where transmission precision and smooth power delivery are essential.

Machined from solid Ergal 7075 T6 and finished with deep hard anodizing, it ensures excellent wear resistance, maximum structural rigidity, and long-term durability—even under heavy mechanical stress.

High-precision CNC machining guarantees perfect concentricity, reduced unsprung mass, and more direct power transfer to the rear wheel.

This sprocket does not directly replace the OEM unit. It is part of the CNC Racing Sprocket Carrier Kit, which includes:
